
The EM-Tec sample holders and sample stubs offered on these pages are fully compatible with the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM. With the specially designed EM-Tec sample holders, you can extend the versatility of NANOS tabletop SEM, increase productivity and unlock additional applications. They are divided into groups depending on the compatibility of the EM-Tec holders. The NANOS tabletop SEM stage has X-Y movements of 25x25mm and eucentric tilt +15° to -40°.
With the EM-Tec sample holders, the versatility of the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM is enhanced and additional applications can be easily unlocked. The EM-Tec sample holder enable holding (clamping specimens for cross section analysis or to hold larger samples such metallurgical embeddings without the use of adhesives. The maximum sample size for the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM is 45mm diameter with restricted tilt of +/-15°.

The EM-Tec sample holders presented on this page are compatible with the standard Nanos sample holder used in the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM. With dedicated EM-Tec sample holders, additional tilt can be added to sample movements. Furthermore, samples can be held without the use of adhesives.
