The EM-Tec sample holders and sample stubs offered on these pages are fully compatible with the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM. With the specially designed EM-Tec sample holders, you can extend the versatility of NANOS tabletop SEM, increase productivity and unlock additional applications. They are divided into groups depending on the compatibility of the EM-Tec holders. The NANOS tabletop SEM stage has X-Y movements of 25x25mm and eucentric tilt +15° to -40°.

With the EM-Tec sample holders, the versatility of the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM is enhanced and additional applications can be easily unlocked. The EM-Tec sample holder enable holding (clamping specimens for cross section analysis or to hold larger samples such metallurgical embeddings without the use of adhesives. The maximum sample size for the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM is 45mm diameter with restricted tilt of +/-15°.

The EM-Tec sample holders presented on this page are compatible with the standard Nanos sample holder used in the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM. With dedicated EM-Tec sample holders, additional tilt can be added to sample movements. Furthermore, samples can be held without the use of adhesives.

The EM-Tec S-Clips holders with the spring-loaded sample clips compatible with the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM are available on:
- standard horizontal pin stubs
- 45° and 45° /90° pin stubs
- 90° pin stubs.
They are useful for holding thin samples such as Si wafer chips, metal strips, plastic foils, etc.

The semplor sample stage travel is 25x25mm. All pin stubs, pin stub adapters and small pin stub based sample holders up to a diameter of 25mm on this page can be used in the semplor NANOS tabletop SEM. Available sample stubs for the semplor NANOS are:
- Standard flat pins stubs with the popular 12.7 and 25.4mm diameter. Additional sizes are 6, 10, 19mm and 12.7mm with a flat.
- Angled pin stubs with 45°, 45/90° and 90° pre-tilt surfaces.
- Engraved pin stubs with 12.7, 19 and 25.4mm diameter for multiple small specimens and correlative microscopy.
- Dish type pin stub with 12.7mm diameter top for fluid samples and solutions.
