Micro-Tec MP850SC diaphragm vacuum pump, 230v/50Hz

The Micro-Tec oil-less and dry diaphragm vacuum pumps provide a clean vacuum and don’t emit any oil vapours. These pumps are maintenance free and don’t require regular vacuum oil change or change of oil mist filters. They are ideally suited to evacuate vacuum containers, desiccators or small ovens in a laboratory environment. These diaphragm vacuum pumps are designed for continuous operation and produce only a modest noise level. The soft rubber vibration dampers provide further sound reduction. Other features include pressure gauges, ports and control valves Another useful application is degassing of embedding resins or other mixtures. There is a choice of 2 types of diaphragm vacuum pumps:

• Single stage with 30L/min pumping speed and max. vacuum level of >200 mbar and compressor stage up to 2.1 bar
• Dual stage with 30L/min pumping speed and max. vacuum level of 50 mbar.

All pumps include a valve to adjust the pumping speed and vacuum level, which is very useful for degassing applications.
