Introduction
The EM-Tec KF/NW stainless steel ball valves are available as in-line and 3-way ball valves. They are made from AISI 304L stainless steel and offer a quick and easy way to close / open / select vacuum lines. The 3-way ball valves are especially useful for connecting 2 systems on a single vacuum pump which is cost-effective and space saving. The EM-Tec KF/NW 3-way ball valves are of the L-type ball valve, which enables to either pump the left or the right side of the 3-way ball valve. The ball valves are designed for use in fine vacuum applications to a level of 1 x 10-4 mbar such as backing lines on rotary, scroll and diaphragm vacuum pumps. Use temperature range is -20 to 180 °C due to the PTFE seals.

- KF / NW connections – AISI 304L stainless steel
- Ball valve body – AISI 304L stainless steel
- Ball valve – AISI 304L stainless steel
- Stem - AISI 304L stainless steel
- Ball valve / stem seals - PTFE
- Handle – PVC coated stainless steel
