EM-Tec ISO vacuum flange connection parts
Introduction
The EM-Tec ISO vacuum flange connection parts are compatible with all ISO-K (flange with groove for clamp fasteners) and ISO-F (flanges with threaded holes for bolts and nuts) hardware components. They are all standardized parts The ISO flanges are larger than the KF flanges and start with ISO63. The most popular sizes are ISO 63 thru ISO250. The numbers are derived from the nominal ID of the vacuum lines in mm. The standard sizes offered are the sizes used on turbo pumps and vacuum components on electron microscopes and preparation equipment:
