EM-Tec FS series SEM sample holders with four-sided clamping
The EM-Tec FS series four sided bulk holders are designed to securely hold awkwardly shaped and bulk samples. These unique shaped square sample holders included four brackets with multiple screws in each bracket. This allows for mounting and securing the sample in the desired position. The height of the brackets is 8mm. They are made from vacuum grade aluminium. The set screws are made from stainless steel and different lengths are provided to cover a wide range of sample sizes. The EM-Tec four-sided bulk SEM sample holders are available in 2 practical sizes:
- EM-Tec FS26 with a capacity of 26x26mm
- EM-Tec FS51 with a capacity of 51x51mm
The EM-Tec FS series four-sided clamping sample holders are available with pin stub, an M4 threaded hole and the Ø14mm JEOL stub to fit virtually all types of SEMs. They also fit on our unique selection of EM-Tec SEM stage adapters.
