Specimen Stubs for mounting calibration standards
Calibration standards can be either purchased unmounted or mounted on a specific specimen stub. The mounting stubs offered are:

If you wish to use a calibration standard across different SEM platforms, consider using the EM-Tec SEM stub adapters.
If you wish to have the calibration standard mounted on a different SEM stub, you can choose the custom stub mounting. You have to supply the mount for custom mounting.
